Who Is Tennessee Bob?

Born in Boca. Inspired by Ecuador.

Robert Vasvary — known to the hot sauce world as Tennessee Bob — is an electrical engineer from Boca Raton, Florida, who found his true calling in his own backyard kitchen using locally sourced peppers and bold, original recipes.

Bob's wife Nicolina (affectionately nicknamed "Lady Fingers") is originally from Ecuador, where the couple got married and where her family still lives. The family visits often, and that deep connection to Ecuadorian culture, food, and family is woven into everything Bob creates — including the legendary chimichurri recipe passed down from Nicolina's mother. Their son Ethan — "Dragon's Breath" — grew up right alongside Bob, working the South Florida outdoor markets and learning the sauce game from the ground up.

What started as a passion project at Rancho Del Fuego became a line of 15+ gourmet hot sauces. Small-batch. Locally sourced peppers. Unique spice blends with a spirit that stretches from South Florida all the way to the Andes.

The Flavors That Started It All

The Rancho Del Fuego Legends

🔥

Jack Sauce

The original. Bold heat with depth — a Tennessee staple named for the man himself. Every batch is a conversation starter.

🌴

Rasta Sauce

Tropical mango meets scorching Scotch Bonnet. Jamaican-inspired, South Florida-made. The one people come back for.

🌿

Ma's Chimichurri

Nicolina's mother's recipe, straight from Ecuador — not a drop changed. Fresh herbs, citrus, and a family secret. Authentic isn't a word we throw around lightly here.

💀

Happy Habanero

Pure habanero. No apology. The name is ironic — your mouth will know why. Beloved by heat-seekers who know what they're asking for.
